PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Users/customers are hereby informed that Jerseys JTR mainly sells products under the dropshipping model, where items are sent directly from external suppliers (European, Asian and/or Turkish) to the customer's address.

The Jerseys JTR store acts as a commercial intermediary between the supplier and the end consumer, currently offering premium product quality.

With over four years in the sports jersey market, and currently being one of the most relevant nationwide (MX), transparency with the user is our main differentiator vs. other jersey brands.

DELIVERY TIMES

Dropshipping (International) Merchandise Delivery Times

Delivery times are 15 to 20 business days under normal conditions (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). These days begin to be counted from the supplier's confirmation, not from the user's purchase.

Example: If you buy on Thursday, January 1st, your order should arrive between January 21st and January 28th at the latest, these last two dates correspond to 15 and 20 business days respectively.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR STOCK MERCHANDISE

For your stock jersey or mystery box purchases, delivery times are reduced to a maximum of 5 business days because the merchandise is already in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Your order is processed and shipped within a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) after your purchase.

EXACT DATES

Jerseys JTR does not guarantee EXACT delivery dates at any time. Therefore, failure to deliver on special days for the user will not be a reason for return authorization (Consult the developer's terms and conditions) such as:

• Birthdays

• Premieres

• Anniversaries

• Holidays

• Exchanges

Or any other reason of a personal, social, public, promotional, commercial nature, etc.

ABOUT THE SUPPLIER AND ITS TIMEFRAMES

Jerseys JTR informs the user that the final supplier operates under personal guidelines to which Jerseys JTR is totally unrelated.

However, this is an example of your order process.

• Place your purchase

• We receive your order

• It is processed with the supplier

• The supplier confirms

• Visual confirmation and tracking guide are requested

• The supplier ships the product to your address

• Your purchase enters international transit

• Your purchase enters national transit.

• Your order is delivered

Note: During October - December 2025, Jerseys JTR experienced severe problems with shipments from order JTR1300 to approximately JTR1400, so we changed the parcel service used by the supplier to one that provides more complete tracking.

DELIVERY TIME INCIDENTS

At Jerseys JTR, we constantly work to improve the purchase, shipping, and/or product delivery experience for the user. Within this international shipping or transit process, there are or may be incidents completely unrelated to the Jerseys JTR brand, such as:

• International Customs.

• As most orders involve international transit, they may be subject to random customs inspections.

• Inspections.

• In addition to customs reviews, there may be post-customs reviews with the subsequent parcel service that can cause additional delays.

• Combined Irregularities

• As shipments are made in bulk by the supplier, we are not exempt from force majeure problems that generally halt the progress of any package sent by said agency.

• Shipping address

• The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct information. Jerseys JTR is not and will not be responsible for losses, delays or additional costs derived from erroneous, incomplete, confusing or inaccessible addresses.

• Tracking and responsibility

• Once the order is dispatched by the supplier and handed over to the courier service, the store will only act as a tracking intermediary.

• Confirmed deliveries

• Orders marked as "delivered" by the courier service will be considered completed. Jerseys JTR is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after said confirmation.
