Terms and Conditions for Cancellations, Returns, and/or Refunds

Notice - As stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use, the user/customer fully accepted the way this website operates.

However, we understand that issues may arise causing dissatisfaction or service non-conformities, and the user may opt for any of the following options

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The user has a maximum of 48 hours from placing their order to request a cancellation for any reasons they deem appropriate.

Upon receiving cancellation confirmation, the user will await necessary instructions to return the paid amount to the corresponding destination (card).

The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected is the sole responsibility of the financial institution to which the refund is directed, sometimes up to 15 business days.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Because products sold on this website are shipped directly from external suppliers, Jerseys JTR does not issue direct monetary refunds once a purchase is confirmed.

In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects, shipping-related damage, or errors in the delivered item, the customer may request an alternative solution, which may consist of:

• Replacement of the product with an identical one in correct condition

• Shipment of an equivalent product, subject to availability

• Issuance of a coupon or store credit for future purchases

Jerseys JTR reserves the full right not to proceed with any of the above alternative solutions for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Intentional damage to pass off as manufacturing defect

• Error when making the purchase.

• Delivery times resulting from international logistics processes

• Any reason beyond the TOTAL control of Jerseys JTR

To initiate a return process, the user must submit a return request to jerseysjtr@gmail.com stating the reason for wanting to return the product, with explicit proof of the aforementioned reason. ONLY through this medium will you receive the corresponding information, not via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.

REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the event that the user requests a refund and it is approved after the established reviews, the brand will refund 70% of the total amount paid for the order, excluding any additional related charges.

The retained 30% covers operational, administrative, logistical, and management costs, and is therefore non-refundable.

• Return shipping

• The cost of return shipping is exclusively borne by the customer.
  
  

Jerseys JTR does not cover or refund shipping costs, customs, taxes, or charges derived from the return of the product.

• Full order return

• For the refund to be processed: The customer must return the entire order, including all products, accessories, and original packaging.
  

• Partial returns are not accepted

• Products must be in original condition, without improper use and without additional damage. If not, the order is considered closed.

• Validation process

• Once Jerseys JTR receives the returned product: It will be reviewed and validated to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
  
  

• No refund process will be initiated for any reason until Jerseys JTR confirms receipt and approval
  

• Refund times

• Due to logistical, operational, and administrative processes beyond the brand's control, the refund may take up to 30 calendar days to be reflected, counting from the final approval by the supplier.
